About Katie

Katie is passionate about journeying alongside people as they work through challenges and take new and exciting steps toward change. Her approach to therapy involves the use of Narrative Therapy while also integrating Solution-Focused Therapy, Feminist Therapy, as well as self-compassion and mindfulness practices. Katie is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) which is an approach that has been well-researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma and many other mental health concerns.

When meeting with Katie, you can expect genuineness, empathy, and laughter as Katie strives to create a safe and comfortable space where you can share your stories of both pain and joy and move forward in creating new stories that align with your values and hopes in life.
