Meredith MacKenzie is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and owner of Parallel Wellness. She is a warm and genuine individual, couple and family therapist. She works with both adolescent and adult clients. She recognizes the bravery it takes for many clients to take the first step in working with a therapist, and is committed to making therapy a safe and inviting space. Meredith connects well with adolescent clients with a warm sense of humour and humility that young clients appreciate.
Meredith views the therapeutic relationship she creates with each client as a unique opportunity to provide support and a space for client growth. Meredith believes that it’s through genuine human connection that people are able to develop greater self-awareness and challenge what holds them back from living the life they would like. As in the name of our clinic, Meredith sees herself as working in parallel to her clients as they gain greater personal well-being.
