I have experience addressing a wide range of issues that bring people to counselling, such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and relationship difficulties. I create a warm and genuine relationship with people that allows them to feel safe to explore the challenges they are facing.
I implement therapeutic approaches that are evidence-based and have been proven to be effective. I have training in a variety of such approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I have an integrative approach in which I apply therapetuic modalities that will best fit your needs and goals.
I have two office locations. One in Vancouver at Broadway and Cambie and one in Burnaby at the Production Way-University Skytrain station.
