Ultimately, helping you feel better about your yourself, your situation, your relationships, your life experiences, your past or your path forward.
I integrate trauma-informed, mindfulness, somatic (body-based), expressive arts, person-centered, harm reduction, gender-affirming and social justice approaches to counselling.
