As your therapist, I see myself walking alongside you during your therapeutic journey and offering a safe and supportive space. I look for ways we can find a path that supports you through challenges; builds upon your internal resilience, and ultimately helps you move towards the place or person you want to be.
I take a very whole-hearted, person-centred approach to counselling and will work with you to create an individual therapeutic experience that is unique to you and your needs. This may include a blend of trauma-informed, narrative, strength-based, compassion-focused, somatic and existential based styles.
Originating from the UK, I see myself as a warm, direct and authentic individual. I’ve spent several extended periods living abroad and I enjoy connecting with different cultures. Wherever you may be now, it is my hope to be able to offer you safety, guidance and healing so that it might help you return home to being YOU again.
