About Jill

For 20 years my career in the clinical field has allowed me to work with all ages. I believe that early life experiences shape who we are and how we react to our present circumstances and relationships.

Life can feel messy, painful and confusing. I offer a safe and judgment free environment to encourage clients to explore and process their experiences. Neurobiology and somatic processing support my trauma informed lens, allowing clients to better understand the impact that their past experiences has had in creating their current behaviors, symptoms or struggles.

Integrated approaches such as talk therapy, therapy where you do not have to re-tell your story, somatic processing, and play therapy, are used to help support individuals and their loved ones who struggle with general distress, depression, effects of trauma, parenting concerns, anxiety, low self-confidence, addictions and relationship dysfunction.

Reaching out for therapy can be difficult, inconvenient, and expensive. Your therapeutic success is based on a comfortable relationship between you and your clinician. It has to feel right. I offer a free 20 min consultation to new clients so we can meet - this can help determine if I am the right fit for you.
