Trauma. Anxiety. Depression. Emotional dysregulation. They make life feel chaotic, frightening, and lonely. We can spiral into dark places or suddenly act out. Patterns may form. But it doesn't have to be that way! While these may sound like experiences most adults face eventually, if we don't have enough support to process our difficult emotions, they can almost seem to take over our bodies and minds completely.
So here's how life could feel instead: like you have easy access to your calm and rational thoughts; you have stable, close, authentic relationships, and all the motivation you need to create the life you really want.
I help people of all genders recover from stress or trauma, improve their emotional intelligence, and live smoother, deeper, more meaningful lives. A typical session with me is like a long, friendly conversation with a cup of critical thinking, a dash of philosophical theory and a meditation garnish. I'm a creative, visual thinker and sometimes I communicate in pictures.
You can talk to me about your real life, I don't want you to ever feel like you need to edit your words. It's ok to talk openly about sex or drugs or anything else. My practice is progressive, intersectionally feminist, Pro-Choice, Anti-Racist, Queer, Trans, Poly, and Sex Worker positive.
