I believe in the potential for healing and growth in individuals and feel we all have the capacity to flourish. I focus on body-acceptance, eating disorders, disordered eating, self-image, anxiety and depression. Coming from a place of curiosity and compassion, I work holistically and incorporate Art Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Somatic Therapy® (MBST), Positive Psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and Adlerian Therapy.
Also, I have been a yoga teacher for more than a decade, which has given me an intricate knowledge of the mind-body connection. I provide unique and customized sessions based on client needs, interweaving talk therapy, art therapy, and somatic awareness practices.
