About Danielle

As a trauma-informed and trauma-focused therapist, my approach gets to the root of your long-standing problems. Experiences of trauma and chronic stress leave lasting impacts on the brain, body and psyche, which can not be undone by “talk therapy” alone.

In addition to being a talk therapist, I am trained in a variety of neurobiologically-based trauma processing therapies. These techniques can release the impacts of stress and trauma, freeing you to pursue the life you’ve always wanted.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, discouraged and overwhelmed, consider whether stress and trauma have been holding you back.

Even though you’ve tried to find peace, re-discover joy, and live authentically, you still feel dissatisfied with life and frustrated with your progress.

You know you aren’t living out your full potential. Maybe your relationships aren’t what you’d like them to. Or your career isn’t where you thought it would be. And maybe you just have a deep, intrinsic sense that life could be better.

Perhaps you’ve even tried therapy before - maybe it worked for you, or maybe you were left disappointed. Even if it was a positive experience, you may still have unanswered questions, stubborn symptoms, and a yearning for deep, meaningful change.

In addition to helping anxiety, depression, relationship issues, PTSD and complex PTSD other benefits of trauma therapy include:

    • Better emotion regulation
    • Stress management and effective self-care
    • Heightened self-esteem and assertiveness
    • Improved relationships and boundary setting
    • Personal and spiritual growth
    • More joy, purpose and laughter

You deserve to free yourself from the negative impacts of stress and trauma, but choosing a therapist and starting therapy can be difficult.  I'm happy to discuss any questions you have over the phone so you can decide whether I’m the right therapist for you.
