I strongly believe that everyone has the ability to create lasting positive change in their lives, and that an important part of counselling is providing a space where you feel safe, understood and accepted.
I’ve had to work on my own struggles with anxiety, depression, self-confidence and relationship issues, which have shaped me as a person and helped me develop a strong sense of compassion as a counsellor. Through my support and guidance, we’ll work together to heal yourself as well as your relationships, gain self-confidence, and discover a greater sense of life purpose.
I can work with you individually or with your partner, integrating approaches, which include mindfulness, the Gottman method, emotionally focused (EFT), cognitive behavioural (CBT) and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT). If you need more information on how counselling works, go to the FAQ on my website, or call for a free consultation.
My rates are carefully set to support accessibility. In some instances, student/reduced rates may be available for people facing financial challenges.
