I specialize in working with traumatic life events, using both a collaborative approach and trauma-specific techniques to help you process and move forward from your past. We will also work together to help you understand how past experiences may have contribute to present-day feelings of sadness, anxiety, hopelessness or other unhealthy coping patterns.
