Specialization - Eating Disorder Counselling

Morgan specializes in working with youth and men and woman of all ages who are struggling with eating disorders/eating problems. Her approach to treating eating disorders is through Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E) and she has received specialized training in implementing this type of therapy. Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E) primarily focuses on what is keeping the eating problem going, and it is the leading evidence-based treatment for adults with an eating disorder (Fairburn, 2008).

In Morgan's spare time she enjoys being outside, going for walks, reading, traveling, drinking coffee, and spending time with friends and family
