Methods and specific therapeutic approaches don't really say that much about the actual healing journey which each individual Client and therapist experiences. Everything I do is dependant on what the client is telling me, verbally and non-verbally.
Some of the important tools I use in my practice are hypnotherapy, meditation and client centered therapy. These are just tools and I use variations of these tools depending on each individual client's needs.
I practice Ericksonian hypnotherapy and utilize my background in meditation practice to help clients evolve and move forward. I have been in Private practice since 1982. In 1986 I founded Orca Institute, Canada's longest-running Counselling Hypnotherapy school. In 2004 I founded the International Association of Counseling Hypnotherapists.
