I am born and raised in Vernon, BC and graduated with a Bachelors of Social Work with a specialization in Child Welfare and Attachment from Thompson Rivers University and received my registration through the BC College of Social Workers.
Since graduating I have been supporting individuals and families in the Vernon area for over 10 years.
The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing tools to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals.
My practice allows me to build relationships with clients where there is a high level of support and focus on strengths, allowing the client to develop the skills needed to manage whatever issues may be occurring.
I look forward to meeting with all clients and supporting them through the journey they are on.
