My method is a holistic blend of Transpersonal Psychology, Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, Inner Child Work, Polyvagal Theory, and Post Traumatic Growth. A typical session with me includes compassionate conversation with a dash of critical thinking and philosophical theory. Deeper work may include some inspired breathwork or guided meditation. I might encourage you to try an art therapy exercise as homework between meetings. My aim is that you will gain some therapeutic "correction" from every single session.
