My method is a holistic blend of Transpersonal Psychology, Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, Inner Child Work, Polyvagal Theory, and Post Traumatic Growth. Private counselling sessions for adults, students, and couples.
I also offer a 5-week therapeutic writing group called REVISION. Creative writing is one of the most powerful ways to process our emotions because we gain ownership over how our stories are told. Instead of reliving a painful experience, let’s make something out of it. Group therapy is also 40% less expensive than private sessions. Next writing group begins Sunday, November 20.
