About Laura

You may be looking for the right support to create deep and sustained shifts in your relationship to yourself, to loved ones and within your life. Whether you are a young adult seeking your way, a parent or family facing challenging times, or a person desiring freedom from limiting patterns impacting you and your relationships, You don't have to figure it out alone. I am ready and here to support you.

As a Therapist, I work with adults, parents and children. Clients tell me that my presence offers the relief to “be as they are” and to safely explore areas that have previously been avoided or untouchable. My approach is curious, deeply affirming, authentic and tailored to you and your goals. Working together can yield your inner capacity and courage to move toward your life and it’s challenges. This process allows you to be true to yourself and from there take skillful action. For parents, we will create a plan that supports your child’s potential and uniqueness and strengthens your resilience.

My therapeutic style is relational and experiential, meaning I may ask you to pay attention to the present moment and your emotions and body experience. This creates new pathways for vitality and connection to others.

I invite you to reach out for me for a free 20 minute phone consultation discuss your concerns, answer your questions and determine whether we are a good fit which is key for successful outcomes. It’s time to transform stuck patterns and find your wisdom and direction.
