About Krunali

Hello! I am Krunali and I am so glad to know that you are thinking about taking the next step in your healing journey. I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a South Asian woman from a BIPOC community, navigating life as a first-generation immigrant. These parts of my identity deeply inform my practice and allow me to hold space with empathy, nuance, and cultural sensitivity for those who carry layered experiences of migration, identity, family dynamics, and systemic oppression.

My work is rooted in holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centered frameworks. I understand how individual challenges—like anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or life transitions—are often intertwined with broader cultural, intergenerational, and structural contexts. I aim to co-create a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe to explore what matters most to you.

Whether you're unpacking cultural expectations, navigating mental health as a racialized person, or simply seeking a space to process life’s complexities, I bring warmth, curiosity, and respect to our work together. Healing isn’t linear, but you don’t have to walk the path alone.
