About Courtney

I have experience working with anxiety, grief/loss, chronic illness (e.g. Parkinson's disease), concussion/injury, depression, life transitions and trauma/PTSD. I have experience working with various populations and most notably I've worked with the Parkinson's community for over 8 years, have 3 years experience working on a concussion rehabilitation team and am currently working with victims of abuse.

I incorporate various evidence-based practices into my work and have specialized training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). It is important that you feel comfortable with me and I hope to foster our relationship by being genuine and empathic.

Please call or e-mail me for a free 15-minute consultation to see if working with me is right for you.
