About Tamara

You may be struggling with anxiety that keeps you on edge, stress that feels impossible to manage, or ADHD symptoms that make daily life more challenging. Maybe relationships feel strained, or workplace pressures are taking a toll on your well-being. You can count on a safe and compassionate space where you can explore what’s weighing on you.

Together, we can work to help calm your system, regulate emotions, improve focus, strengthen relationships, and create a sense of balance in your life. I will bring my knowledge, experience and professional training to our work so that you can feel a sense of direction, guidance and progress in moving towards improving aspects of your life that feel heavy.

I provide counselling services to individuals across B.C., offering flexible options to support you wherever you are.  My office is based in Victoria so I work with clients locally as well as remotely, ensuring accessibility through online sessions, phone calls, and in-person meetings, depending on your location and preferences.

Reaching out for help is a big step, but it’s one that can lead to real change. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, I’m here to support you. Please call, email, or visit my website to book a free 30 minute consultation where I can hear what's happening for you, provide initial insights, and answer any questions you may have.
