It's possible to feel better, and therapy can help. I know it's not always easy to reach out. I've worked with clients on many different issues, such as depression, anxiety, overwhelming emotion, grief and traumatic experiences. I use gentle, effective methods such as focusing and internal family systems to help clients feel better.
